Program Fees are not an expense. They are an investment.
The cost of treatment/recovery support services is approximately $1,500-$2,000 each time an individual enters a program.
Dismas House seeks the support of individuals, churches, private foundations and government grants to offset the cost for each participant. Currently, government grants are covering only an average of $900 per episode. Leaving Dismas House of Kansas City to absorb an estimated $600 per participant each time he/she enters the program.
For some of the services we provide, there are grants that will underwrite the cost of some of the program, if the participant meets the grant's qualification standards. If we don't have a grant to offset the cost of the services, we will provide a sliding fee schedule and flexible payment plan for anyone who needs it.
Every consumer is responsible for a $25 Enrollment Fee for each program, each time he/she enrolls/re-enrolls in one of the programs.
Other costs vary by program and the number of hours and the services that a participant receives.
